SALES ORDER PROCESSING

Nestled between the Stock Control and CRM Modules the primary function of the Sales Order Processing module is the maintenance and progression of customer sales orders from entry to invoicing.
Just like the Stock Control module the standard sales order processing functions have been complemented with features dedicated to the efficient distribution and processing of bottled water and other associated products.
Such enhancements include the automated addition of associated products during the order progression stages e.g. For bottled water products when the water is added the bottle deposit etc. is automatically added.
This central order processing module will house and progress all orders all the way up to invoicing.

A combination of the manual and telesales based order entry functions with customer set defaults for many of the data items.

Volume discount processing:

Pricing based upon volume range discounts

Manual order release:

If used without the mobile add-on this function will be used to modify delivered items and quantities and confirm order release ready for invoicing.

Customer returns processing

Standing Orders:

Maintain customer standing orders

Assign to routes

Frequencies by product

Product batch traceability:

Where applicable by product full batch traceability will list all customers who have received the items with selected batch numbers.

Subscription services:

This may be handled in a number of ways; use of the built in package services in combination with standing orders or via utilization of the generation maintenance charging by equipment.

Telephone order processing

Acting as a feeder system to the Sales Order Processing module and feeding itself from the Stock Control and CRM modules, the telephone order entry system has been designed as a dedicated telephone sales operator environment with quick access to there integrated module features:
